基于不同含水率橡塑保温层保温效果试验研究

为了研究橡塑保温材料在不同含水率下的保温效果,分别在7种含水率条件下,对橡塑保温材料进行了保温效果试验,分析的得出了基于含水率的保温层保温折减系数预报方程。试验结果表明:当温度为-8℃,含水率由干燥状态增加到18.2%,保温层背后温度达到0℃所用时间缩短9h,当温度为-13℃,含水率由干燥状态增加到37.4%,保温层背后温度达到0℃所用时间缩短10h,随着含水率增加,保温材料的保温效果明显降低,且环境温度温度越低,保温效果降低幅度越大。 In order to study the thermal insulation effect of rubber and plastic thermal insulation material under different moisture content, the thermal insulation effect experiment of rubber and plastic thermal insulation material was carried out under the conditions of 7 kinds of water content respectively.
