为适应我国地震仪器标准化的进程,中华人民共和国地震行业标准“数字地震观测仪器主要技术指标”,地形变学科的“地形变观测仪器的进网条件”,以及其内各类形变仪器更为细化的技术指标测试方案(企业技术标准),三者的初稿均已相继出台。三种技术标准的制订,涉及了诸多仪器品种。又限于相关的基础研究薄弱,且业务人员以往的专业习惯和固有理解的差异,在制定中经历一个磨合时期是自然的。本文介绍了在地形变观测仪器标准制定中就主要技术指标取得的共识,和一些值得深入思考的问题。建议从连续精密观测的特点出发,加强对误差理论,以及对于标定、检测技术、计量器具的要求等基本问题的研究。
