目的:探讨注射用重组人干扰素α–1b雾化联合脾氨肽口服干冻粉治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选取东莞市樟木头医院2015年12月至2016年12月收治的普通手足口病患儿80例。随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。全部予常规抗病毒、退热等对症治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用注射用重组人干扰素α–1b雾化联合脾氨肽口服干冻粉口服治疗。结果:治疗组的退热时间、口腔疱疹愈合时间、手足疱疹消退时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用干扰素α–1b雾化联合脾氨肽干冻粉治疗手足口病疗效显著,副作用小。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of injection of recombinant human interferon alfa-1b atomization combined with splenomegaly oral dry powder in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: Eighty children with common hand-foot-mouth disease admitted from December 2015 to December 2016 in Zhangmutou Hospital of Dongguan City were selected. Randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 40 cases. All conventional anti-virus, fever and other symptomatic treatment. The treatment group in the control group plus injection of recombinant human interferon α-1b atomization combined with spleen ammonia peptide oral dry powder oral treatment. Results: The antipyretic time, the healing time of herpes simplex in herpes simplex and the extinction time of herpes simplex were shorter in the treatment group than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The injection of interferon alfa-1b atomization combined with splenic aminopeptidase dry powder to treat hand-foot-mouth disease has obvious curative effect with small side effects.
