本研究以11个菌株为材料,对原生质体无性再生株的单、双核比例、产菇优势及出菇性状进行了研究。结果表明:(1)侧耳、香菇无性再生株以“锁状联合”的有无可区分为无锁状联合的单核株和有锁状联合的双核株,但其比例因菌株不同而迥异;(2)同一菌株的单、双核株的菌丝生长速度、出菇期及菇产量等性状有较大差异,双核株多优于单核株;但原生质体双核株与其亲株双核株相比,优劣因菌株而异;(3)无性单核株是进行细胞融合或常规杂交育种的理想材料,而原生质体双核株可用于选出优质高产菌株。
In this study, 11 strains of materials as the material, the protoplast asexual reproduction of single and double nuclear ratio, mushroom production and fruiting characteristics were studied. The results showed as follows: (1) Monoclonal strain without lock-like combination and binuclear strain with combined lock were the most common type of “amalgam-like” regenerative strain of Pleurotus citrinopileatus, but its proportion was very different due to different strains. (2) The single strain and the dual strain of the same strain had greater differences in their mycelial growth rate, fruiting period and yield of mushrooms, and the double-nucleate strain was superior to the mononuclear strain; however, the protoplast dinuclear strain compared with its parent strain, , The advantages and disadvantages vary with the strain; (3) asexual mononuclear strain is the ideal material for cell fusion or conventional hybrid breeding, and protoplast binucleate strain can be used to select high-quality high-yielding strains.
