随着我国工农业的发展,有机磷农药的生产和使用,品种的繁多,对有机磷农药中毒的防治问题日趋突出。目前,由于管理、保存或使用不当,造成误服中毒在临床上非常多见……。这里,仅就急性有机磷中毒的病例分析及抢救过程中的几个问题,讨论如下:我院自一九六九年八月至一九七九年八月统计:共收治急性有机磷中毒523例其中男性21例占4%;女性502例占96%;按年龄组见表1。
