人才济济是南京市各民主党派的特点。市民主党派人才有三个突出的特点:一是人才结构合理,专业门类齐全。党派成员中,既有摘自然科学的,也有搞社会科学的;既有做实际工作的,也有搞理论研究的;既有搞纯理论的,也有搞应用技术开发和管理工作的。可以说是政治、经济、文化、社会各个领域,工、农、商、学各条战线,文、史、哲、经、数、理、医、农各个专业,是名副其实的“人才库”。二是从脑力劳动者的工作年龄来说,市党派成员大多数年富力强,稳定成熟,正处于智力劳动的“黄金时期”。而且他们大部分有着丰富的政治阅历和专业修养,学识渊博,经验丰富,是社会主义建设和改革中不可多得的人才。
