新时期农村职教改革实践,使农职院校在农村找到了庞大的生源市场和用武之地。同时证明,现有农业教育办学模式、体系和机制,制约限制了农业教育的发展。适应新时期农村建设发展需要,必须转变传统农业职教办学观念;确立以非学历(培训)教育为主要模式,面向农村全部劳动力人群,农业部门主导,农科教结合的农业教育机制;探索构建我国农业教育与科技服务一体化体系。
The practice of rural vocational education reform in the new era has enabled the agricultural vocational colleges to find a huge source market and useless places in rural areas. At the same time, it is proved that the existing agricultural education mode, system and mechanism restrict the development of agricultural education. To adapt to the needs of rural construction and development in the new era, we must change the concept of traditional agricultural vocational education; establish a non-academic (training) education as the main mode for all rural labor force, the agricultural sector-led agricultural science and education combine agricultural education mechanism; explore the construction of our country Agricultural education and science and technology service integration system.
