HB7089《航空电子设备完整性大纲要求》提出了一些新颖的概念,提供了一套科学的设计方法和管理程序,开辟了提高航空电子设备质量的新途径。概括介绍了航空电子设备完整性大纲的主要内容及其所要求的分析和试验工作。分析对比了完整性与可靠性在定义、属性、失效机理、故障模式、维修策略、分析和试验要求,以及完整性大纲与可靠性大纲在目标、要求、内容方面的主要差别。指出完整性和可靠性都是设备的一种特性,而前者涵盖了后者。编制、实施AVIP和可靠性大纲是提高航空电子设备质量的不同途径,对于任务和安全关键设备而言,实施AVIP效果更好。
HB7089 “Avionics Integrity Program Requirements” presents a number of novel concepts that provide a set of scientific design methods and management procedures that open up new avenues for improving the quality of avionics equipment. Summarized the main contents of avionics integrity outline and the required analysis and test work. The main differences between integrity, reliability, definitions, attributes, failure mechanisms, failure modes, maintenance strategies, analysis and testing requirements, and integrity and reliability outlines in terms of goals, requirements, and content are analyzed. Pointed out that the integrity and reliability are a feature of the device, while the former covers the latter. The development and implementation of AVIPs and reliability outlines are different ways to improve the quality of avionics and the implementation of AVIP works better for mission-critical and safety-critical equipment.
