今年三月份上級党委提出“以鋼为綱”大搞优質高产的指示后,经过刻苦鑽研,采用多种試验办法终于試验成功,大大提高了銅的回收率,由原来的火冶30~40%提高到水冶的80~90%,徹底消除了杂质过多,铜铁不分的缺陷。从根本上改变了低品位氧化矿的冶金困难。現將我們的操作过程簡單介紹如下。 (一)使用工具:大缸若干个(溶浸用),竹篩(淘矿或过濾用),盆子(起液体倒缸用)木棍(攪拌缸用)。以上工具仅作土法試验,或小型冶金之用,如資源丰富可根据湿法冶金原理,改进工具,增加設备,以提高工效。 (二)使用溶剂,硫酸与水。 (三)操作过程:
