中国医学科学院皮肤性病研究所、江西省皮肤性病研究所和南昌市有关卫生部門联合組成的头癣防治研究試点工作組,今年初深入我省头癣发病率較高的南昌市青云譜公社,开展头癬現場防治研究工作,取得了可喜的成果,初步找到了根治头癣的簡便办法,并总結出了一套防治工作的实踐經驗。头癣俗称癞痢头,患者多是儿童,是我省主要的皮肤傳染病,也是一种常見的多发病。头癬防治試点工作組,深入到青云譜公社的跃进、蔡坊、施尧、下尧四个生产大队,采取領导、羣众和专业研究人員三结合的办法,先后普查了六千五百余人次,对查出来的一百五十个头癬病人,进行了积极的治疗。过去,头癣病沒有有效的簡便的根治办法。这个工作組采用国产特效头癣內服药灰黄霉素和外涂药的綜合治疗办法,取得了较为满意的效果。在一百五十个头癣病人中,治疗后經过两个多月的观察,多次檢查,已有一 Institute of Dermatovenereology of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Jiangxi Institute of Dermatology and Venereology and the relevant health departments in Nanchang City, the pilot group of head lice prevention and control research work, this year deep into the province’s high incidence of head lice in Nanchang Qingyunpu Commune, The prevention and treatment of tinea capitis on site was carried out and gratifying results were obtained. The head lice prevention pilot work group went deep into the four production brigades of Yuejin, Caifang, Shiyu, and Xiaqi of the Qingyunpu Commune and adopted a combination of leadership, masses, and professional researchers. More than 100 people had active treatment for the 150 head lice patients found. In the past, there was no effective and simple cure for head lice. The working group has adopted a comprehensive treatment of domestic drugs, griseofulvin, and external coating, and has achieved satisfactory results. Among the 150 head lice patients, after more than two months of observation after treatment, multiple examinations have been performed.
