目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术测定鱼油软胶囊中双酚A。方法通过优化提取溶剂和提取方式对鱼油软胶囊进行提取并进行超高效液相分析,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源及多反应监测模式进行质谱法测定。结果双酚A在0.75~15 ng/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.996),在1、5、10 mg/kg 3个不同浓度加标水平下测得回收率为88.7%~96.4%,RSD为1.9%~5.6%(n=6),检出限和定量限分别为0.06μg/kg和0.20μg/kg。结论该方法灵敏度高、抗干扰性强且准确性好,可适用于鱼油软胶囊中双酚A的检测。
Objective To establish a method for determination of bisphenol A in fish oil soft capsule by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The oil-in-sea soft capsules were extracted by extraction solvent extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The gradient elution was carried out with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase. The mass spectra were determined by electrospray ionization and multi-reaction monitoring. Results The linear range of bisphenol A was 0.75 ~ 15 ng / mL (r = 0.996). The recoveries of bisphenol A at the spiked levels of 1,5 and 10 mg / kg were 88.7% The detection limit and the limit of quantitation were 0.06μg / kg and 0.20μg / kg, respectively, with RSD of 96.4% and RSD of 1.9% -5.6% (n = 6). Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good anti-interference ability and good accuracy. It is suitable for the detection of bisphenol A in fish oil soft capsule.
