目的 研究内生性血浆类固醇激素水平与男性冠心病的关系。方法 用ELISA法测定 80例男性冠心病患者的血浆睾酮 (TTT)、雌二醇 (E2 )及血脂 (含Tch、TG、HDL -c、LDL -c)水平 ,并与 60例健康男性对照。结果 ⑴男性冠心病患者的血浆TTT水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而两组间E2水平无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;男性冠心病患者的TG、Tch、LDL -c水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ,HDL -c水平明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;⑵TTT与LDL -c(r =-0 495 ,P <0 0 0 0 1)、TG(r =-0 3 69,P <0 0 0 1)、Tch(r =-0 2 83 ,P <0 0 0 1)呈负相关 ,与HDL -c(r =3 2 5 ,P <0 0 0 1)呈正相关。结论 低的血浆TTT水平可能是男性冠心病的危险因素 ,这可能与内源性TTT减少引起的血浆脂质代谢紊乱等因素有关
Objective To study the relationship between endogenous plasma levels of steroid hormone and coronary heart disease in men. Methods The levels of plasma testosterone (TTT), estradiol (E2) and blood lipids (including Tch, TG, HDL-c and LDL-c) in 80 male patients with coronary heart disease were measured by ELISA and compared with 60 healthy male controls. Results (1) Plasma TTT levels in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in E2 between the two groups (P> 0.05); TG, Tch, LDL-c was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05-0.01), HDL-c was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01); ⑵TTT and LDL- There was a negative correlation between Tch (r = -0.283, P <0.01) and TG (r = -0.369, P <0.01) (r = 3 2 5, P <0 0 0 1). Conclusion Low plasma TTT level may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease in men, which may be related to the reduction of endogenous TTT caused by plasma lipid metabolism disorder and other factors
