在数据信息化浪潮与数字媒介崛起的作用下,以新理念、新实践的再生灵感激发了城市的智慧化建设与发展,数据的无所不在让公共服务交互设计与用户深度融合,多通道、全感官的多维交互让用户零距离的感知信息,使人与人、人与媒介、人与环境的关系更加和谐。本文试图以场域理论为依据,基于场域的逻辑必然性与个体的惯习结构化,阐述公共服务交互设计的通识性构建模式,在设计与用户间形成交互默契与认知共识,合理搭建公共服务交互设计的空间组织与时间结构,延伸智慧城市公共服务交互设计的可持续发展能力和功能品质,以期挖掘不可估量的价值属性。
In the wave of data information and the rise of digital media, inspired by the new ideas and new practice of regeneration, the city’s intelligence construction and development are stimulated. The data are everywhere and the deep integration of public service interaction design and users, multi-channel and all-senses The multidimensional interaction allows users to perceive information at a distance, and makes the relationship between people, people, media, people and the environment more harmonious. Based on the field theory, based on the logical necessity of the field and the individual structure of the habitus, this paper attempts to elaborate the general construction mode of the public service interaction design, and form an interaction and cognitive consensus between the design and the user. The spatial organization and time structure of public service interaction design extend the sustainable development and functional quality of smart city public service interaction design in order to explore the immeasurable value attributes.
