目的对重庆市永川区茶山竹海街道桂花村村民小组发生的一起食物中毒进行调查检测,为该起食物中毒提供依据。方法根据流行病学调查,采集血液样本进行血常规、荧光定量PCR筛查,并用国标法进行致病菌培养及生化鉴定。结果综合流行病学资料和实验室检测结果,证实该起食物中毒是由O86:K61(B7)致病性大肠埃希菌和副溶血弧菌混合感染引起的复合型细菌性食物中毒。结论采用将血常规、荧光定量PCR筛查联合运用的方法,可快速确定检测方向,降低漏检几率,减少人力投入,提高检出率,大大提升突发公共卫生事件的处置速度和处置效果。
Objective To investigate and test a food poisoning occurred in the villagers’ group of Guihua Village, Zhuhai Street, Dasan, Yongchuan District, Chongqing City to provide basis for the food poisoning. Methods According to epidemiological investigation, blood samples were collected for blood routine and fluorescent quantitative PCR screening, and pathogen culture and biochemical identification were performed by using national standard method. Results Combined with epidemiological data and laboratory test results, it was confirmed that the food poisoning was caused by compound bacterial food poisoning caused by the mixed infection of O86: K61 (B7) pathogenic Escherichia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Conclusion The combination of blood routine and fluorescence quantitative PCR screening methods can quickly determine the detection direction, reduce the probability of missed detection, reduce manpower input, increase the detection rate and greatly improve the disposal speed and treatment effect of public health emergencies.
