Objective To understand the incidence, trend and distribution of sexually transmitted diseases associated with work-in-disease in China-ROK flights in our province and provide scientific evidence for the development of corresponding prevention and control measures and measures to prevent the spread and prevalence of STDs in China and South Korea. Methods In this study, 278 international band workers who traveled to China and South Korea were investigated for clinical, serum and laboratory tests of STDs, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The infection rate of 278 syphilis with non-gonococcal urethritis / cervicitis (NGU) was significantly higher than that of the normal population (9.4% and 8.3%, respectively). The occupational history was closely related to the infectious diseases (hepatitis, syphilis and NGU) Related, the longer the international work with the occupation of the occupation, the greater the risk of infectious diseases (hepatitis, syphilis, NGU); In addition. International workers with the age, education level is a risk factor for syphilis infection. The gender and nationality are closely related to their infection with NGU. The incidence of NGU with Chinese workers is obviously higher than that with Korean workers, and the incidence of women is higher than that of men. Conclusion International band workers are at high risk of sexually transmitted diseases. Their occupation is a risk factor for STD infection. As STD is closely related to AIDS, it indicates the potential risk of HIV infection and transmission. The implementation of intervention measures to reduce the incidence of STDs among international band workers is an important means to prevent sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS through this special group in the world.
