1994年,联想集团(以下简称联想)成立微机事业部,伴随着主导业务方向的确立,联想的标准工作随之展开。就在微机事业部成立不久,联想成为国内首批通过 ISO9000认证的 IT 企业之一。1994年底,联想成立质量管理部,专门从事质量管理和采标工作。到1995年,联想集团已建立了完整的企业质量管理体系,并将技术标准的执行深入到质量管理的各个层面和各个环节。在后来的发展中,集团的技术标准管理与执行体系不断完善,先后在集团所属各个事业部和生产基地
