应用60Co对泡桐种根进行了辐射诱变抗病性选择试验,结果表明,适宜剂量为1 000~3 000rad,致死剂量为6 000 rad,且获得了一个较好的突变植株——F1k-5,它不但对丛枝病具有较强的抗性,而且具有较大的直径生长量,可作为一个有价值的亲本进一步杂交,有望选育出抗病速生的优良新品种。
Radiation-induced disease-resistant selection of paulownia seedlings was carried out using 60Co. The results showed that the optimum dose was 1000-3000 rad and the lethal dose was 6 000 rad, and a better mutant plant, F1k-5 , Which not only has strong resistance to the arbuscular mycorrhizal disease, but also has larger diameter growth and can be used as a valuable parent for further hybridization. It is expected to breed fine new varieties with quick resistance to disease.
