本文利用沪深主板上市公司的财务数据,对不同年份的上市公司高管-员工薪酬差距进行分行业的对比分析。得出以下结论:一是中国企业高管员工薪酬普遍存在,对不同行业来说双是不尽相同。二是高管平均薪酬增长率还是员工平均薪酬增长率都总体呈现下降趋势。三是所有行业的高管-员工薪酬差距都在上涨,只是增长的幅度不同。四是近年来,高管-员工薪酬差距的扩大趋势已经明显放缓。
This article makes use of the financial data of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange to analyze the different industries in different years. Draw the following conclusions: First, the salary of executives of Chinese enterprises is ubiquitous and varies from industry to industry. Second, the average growth rate of executives or average salary growth rate of employees are generally showing a downward trend. Third, the executives in all industries - the wage gap between employees are rising, but the growth rate is different. Fourthly, in recent years, the expansion trend of the executive pay gap has slowed down obviously.
