发生在口腔颌面的血管瘤,由于部位特殊,手术不易彻底切除,而且术后易导致颌面部畸形。我们自1985年以来,采用平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射治疗血管瘤,随访2年以上,取得了良好的效果,报告如下。
Occurred in the oral and maxillofacial hemangioma, due to the special site, surgery is not easy to completely remove, and postoperative easily lead to maxillofacial deformity. Since 1985, we have used Pingyangmycin and dexamethasone local injection for the treatment of hemangiomas, with good results after more than 2 years of follow-up. The report is as follows.
