教师专业化是教师教育的发展趋势。目前我国农村语文教师专业化水平低,教育专业知识贫乏,无法适应新课程改革的要求。解决这个问题的途径和策略是:完善农村语文教师的专业品质,建立科学化、综合化、一体化的农村语文教师专业培养体系,创设开放、和谐的文化氛围,给农村语文教师充分的专业发展空间。
Teacher professionalization is the development trend of teacher education. At present, the level of specialization of rural Chinese teachers in our country is low, the educational professional knowledge is scarce and can not meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.
