我省茄子栽培已有较长历史。近年来由于品种、栽培管理、病害等种种原因,一般产量亩产仅达2,000斤左右。栽培面积逐年缩小,已不能供应城市人民的需要。为了迅速提高茄子的产量和质量,利用一代杂种优势是解决这一问题的重要途径。
Eggplant cultivation in our province has a long history. In recent years due to variety, cultivation and management, disease and other reasons, the general output of only about 2,000 pounds per mu. Cultivated area has been reduced year by year, no longer able to supply the needs of urban people. In order to rapidly increase the yield and quality of eggplant, using one generation of heterosis is an important way to solve this problem.
