在离体等容收缩与舒张的灌流鼠心,观察了氨吡酮对心脏收缩与舒张功能的作用.结果表明,低浓度氨吡酮(Inmol/L,100nmol/L)不能明显增加左室发生压(LVDP)、最大左室压力上升速度(dp/dt max)及下降速度(-dp/dt max),也不能明显缩短时间常数(t);高浓度氨吡酮(1μmol/L明显降低了LVDP(p<0.01)、dp/dt max(p<0.01)、-dp/dt max(p<0.01),并且显著地延长了t值(p<0.05).此表明、氨吡酮并无直接的正性肌力与改善舒张功能的作用,相反,高浓度时反抑制心脏的收缩与舒张功能.
In isolated rat ventricular systolic and diastolic perfusion rat heart, observe the effect of gimfopril on cardiac systolic and diastolic function.The results showed that low concentrations of amikatone (Inmol / L, 100nmol / L) can not significantly increase the incidence of left ventricular (LVDP), maximum dp / dt max and -dp / dt max did not significantly decrease the time constant (t); high concentration of amiloride (1 μmol / L) LVDP (p <0.01), dp / dt max (p <0.01), dp / dt max (p <0.01), and significantly increased t values (p <0.05) .This indicates that there is no direct Positive inotropic and diastolic function of the role, on the contrary, high concentrations of anti-inhibition of heart contraction and diastolic function.
