针对压缩机上壳体热轧酸洗板在拉深成形中出现的凸耳不均匀问题,运用正交实验得到了形成凸耳的主次影响因素。并采用塑性成形理论和有限元相结合的反向数值模拟法求出修边线,获得最佳坯料形状。对于由厚度向异性系数引起的凸耳,运用均匀拉丁方方法抽取试验样本点,由样本点及目标值构造响应面模型,根据不同的厚向异性系数能较准确地预测凸耳值。
Aiming at the problem of uneven lugs in the hot-rolled pickling plate on the upper shell of the compressor, the primary and secondary influencing factors of forming the lugs were obtained by orthogonal experiments. The trimming line is obtained by the inverse numerical simulation combined with plastic forming theory and finite element method to obtain the best blank shape. For the lugs caused by the thickness anisotropy coefficient, a uniform Latin square method was used to extract the test sample points, and the response surface model was constructed from the sample points and the target values. The lug values can be more accurately predicted according to different thickness anisotropy coefficients.
