笔者近年来,就临床中治疗的急重危患者,选择典型病例,介绍于同道。一、肋痛病例:李某,男,36岁,汉族,于1987年11月24日初诊。主诉两肋疼痛,已达12天,尤右胁不舒,胀痛难忍,头昏失眠,二便不正常,胃纳不香。面色恢暗,恶寒,四肢厥冷,口不干渴,不思饮食,大便溏泻,小溲黄赤,疲倦,右胸胁疼痛明显。脉象弦数,舌苔黄厚。此为肝气郁结,湿热阻滞;治法通阳利湿,疏肝理气,药用党参12克,白术12克,炙草9克,附子60克,肉桂12克,茵陈40克,茯苓18克,猪苓15克,泽泻12克,炮姜12克,六剂,每日一剂,一剂
