为了开发牛粪干湿分离液与秸秆腐熟料复配基质,进行了不同配比基质在番茄育苗中的应用效果研究。试验基质中腐熟料-蛭石-菜园土的比例分别为5.0-2.5-2.5、6.0-2.0-2.0、7.0-1.5-1.5、8.0-1.0-1.0、9.0-0.5-0.5,以市场基质(常州产)为对照,进行穴盘育苗试验,分析比较不同配比基质上番茄的出苗率及幼苗生长情况,包括幼苗株高、基茎粗、开展度、根长、地上部和地下部质量等。结果表明,腐熟料-蛭石-菜园土配比为7.0-1.5-1.5的处理番茄各项观测指标均优于其他处理,与市场对照基质效果相当;过高比例的腐熟料不利于番茄种子的发芽与幼苗生长。
In order to develop the mixed matrix of dung wet and dry separation liquid and straw stubble, the effect of different proportion of matrix in tomato seedling breeding was studied.
