目的 初步探讨暴力犯罪司法精神医学鉴定中具有重要意义的因子及其判别能力。方法 对129例鉴定资料中收集的29个变量作主成分分析,并分别以辨认、控制和责任能力为因变量作逐步判别分析,剔选主要的参考因子。结果 辨认因子为此类司法鉴定的第一主成分;辨认能力与控制能力的判别因子不尽相同,但其相互之间以及它们与责任能力之间均高度相关;责任能力的多元判别方程具有较好的实用价值。结论 暴力犯罪责任能力的评定是一综合性的科学判断,有必要在经验的基础上研究出一套具体的、操作性强的检查评定规范,以提高鉴定结论的一致性。
Objective To explore the important factors and their discriminating ability in the judicial psychiatry appraisal of violent crimes. Methods A total of 29 variables collected from 129 identification data were analyzed by principal component analysis, and the major reference factors were identified by stepwise discriminant analysis based on identification, control and responsibility. The identification factor of the result is the first principal component of such judicial appraisal. The distinguishing factors of identification ability and control ability are different, but they are highly correlated with each other and with their responsibility ability. The multiple discriminant equation of responsibility ability Good practical value. Conclusion The assessment of responsibility for violent crime is a comprehensive scientific judgment. It is necessary to develop a set of specific and operational inspection and evaluation norms based on experience, so as to enhance the consistency of the conclusion of appraisal.
