本文从微量元素营养的角度 ,对新疆和田地区民丰县土壤、饲草及放牧山羊血液和肝脏中Cu、Fe、Zn和Mn含量进行了调查分析。结果表明 ,土壤中有效Cu的平均值为 0 .5 5 1× 10 -6g ,显著低于新疆和全国土壤中有效Cu的平均值 1.81× 10 -6g ;有效Fe的平均值为 6 .5 5× 10 -6g ,有效Zn的平均值为 0 .4 4 4× 10 -6g ,有效Mn的平均值为 4 .75 5× 10 -6g ,均分别低于新疆平均值 11.90× 10 -6g、0 .790× 10 -6g和 7.13× 10 -6g ;但所测饲草中Fe、Zn和Mn含量的平均值分别为 2 6 8.885× 10 -6g ,10 6 .4 73× 10 -6g和 34.5 5 9× 10 -6g ,基本上在饲草正常值的范围内 ;而Cu含量为 1.6 86× 10 -6g ,则明显偏低。山羊血液中Cu浓度为 (5± 2 .6 4 )×10 -6g ,肝脏Cu含量为 (6 .14± 1.6 8)× 10 -6g ,比健康山羊相应的Cu含量明显偏低。统计分析表明 ,和田地区民丰县为缺铜地区 ,尤其是草湖区严重缺铜
In this paper, from the point of view of trace element nutrition, the content of Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn in the blood and liver of soil, forage and grazing goat in Minfeng County, Hetian region were investigated. The results showed that the average value of available Cu in soil was 0.55 1 × 10 -6 g, which was significantly lower than the average value of available Cu in soil of Xinjiang and the whole country 1.81 × 10 -6 g. The average value of available Fe was 6.55 × 10 -6 g, the average value of available Zn is 0.444 × 10 -6 g, and the average value of effective Mn is 4.75 5 × 10 -6 g, which are all lower than the average value of Xinjiang of 11.90 × 10 -6 g, 0 .790 × 10 -6 g and 7.13 × 10 -6 g, respectively. However, the average contents of Fe, Zn and Mn in forage were 26.885 × 10 -6 g, 106.4 × 10 -6 g and 34.5 5 9 × 10 -6 g, basically within the normal forage range; while the Cu content of 1.6 86 × 10 -6g, was significantly lower. Cu concentration in goat blood was (5 ± 2. 64) × 10 -6 g and liver Cu content was (6.14 ± 1.6 8) × 10 -6 g, which was significantly lower than that of healthy goats. Statistical analysis shows that Minfeng County in Hetian is a copper-deficient area, especially in Caohu District
