本文报告从自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和WKY大鼠红细胞提取的抗高血压因子(AHF)对SHR及肾性(2K-1C)高血压大鼠(RHR)血压的影响。实验分二部分进行。 一、慢性实验 5~6月龄雄性大鼠,体重200~300g,分为6组:①卒中易感型SHR(SHRsp,n=5),Bp 180.0±11.5mmHg;②WKY大鼠(n=4),Bp 92.5±2.9mmHg;③RHR(n=4),Bp183.0±3.3mmHg;④Wistar大鼠(n=4),Bp 82.5±7.5mmHg。以上各组大鼠分别1次腹腔注射20mg/ml AHF_(SHR)的生理盐水溶液10mg/100g体重。⑤SHR_(sp)(n=4),Bp 165.0±14.4mmHg;⑥WKY大鼠(n=4),Bp 91.3±3.1 mmHg。后二组大鼠分别注射生理盐水作对照。各组大鼠于注射
This article reports the effects of antihypertensive factor (AHF) extracted from red blood cells from spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and WKY rats on blood pressure in SHR and renal (2K-1C) hypertensive rats (RHR). The experiment is divided into two parts.
