通过使用集成化技术,把CAD系统和塑性成形有限元求解系统集成在一起,成功地解决了体积成形三维有限元仿真中的复杂三维模具几何建模、六面体网格划分及再划分、六面体网格质量优化和复杂三维模具/工件间的动态接触处理等关键技术难点,并建立了通用的功能完善的体积成形三维有限元仿真系统Forming3.使用Forming3对实际生产中的复杂锻件的多工位成形过程进行了三维有限元仿真,从而掌握了该锻件的成形规律,同时对上述关键处理技术的可靠性进行了验证.
