基于焊接有限元分析软件SYSWeld,建立了某型号航空发动机加力燃烧室扩散器外壁的有限元模型,采用双椭球热源模型,模拟了其环缝电弧焊接的过程,得到了焊接温度场、应力场及焊后变形分布的结果并对其进行了定性分析。这可为加力燃烧室的实际焊接加工工艺提供理论依据。
Based on welding finite element analysis software SYSWeld, the finite element model of a type of aero-engine afterburner diffuser outer wall was established. The double ellipsoidal heat source model was used to simulate the process of girth arc welding. The welding temperature field, stress Field and post-weld deformation distribution of the results and its qualitative analysis. This provides a theoretical basis for the actual welding process of afterburner.
