目的探讨燃煤型地方性氟中毒对儿童生长发育与智力水平的影响。方法按照整群随机抽样方法从贵州省织金县随机选择7~12岁氟中毒患儿176例(病例组),轻病区无氟斑牙儿童50例(对照组)行生长发育、尿氟和智力测定,并进行比较。结果病例组与对照组儿童体格发育均处于较低水平,病例组尿氟和智力水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论体内高氟负荷对儿童智力发育和体格发育有一定影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of coal-based endemic fluorosis on the growth and intelligence of children. Methods A total of 176 cases of fluorosis children aged 7-12 years (case group) were randomly selected from Zhijin County of Guizhou Province according to the randomized sampling method. Fifty cases of children with fluorosis-free teeth (control group) And mental tests, and compared. Results The physical development of children in both cases and control groups was at a low level. Urinary fluoride and intelligence level in the cases were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The high fluoride load in vivo has a certain impact on children’s mental development and physical development.
