针对新拌水泥乳化沥青砂浆(Cement and emulsified asphalt mortar,CA砂浆)中出现的干料团现象,分析了其存在的可能原因,并提出了相应防治方法。现场应用表明,降低干料加料速度、加长干料下料口橡皮套管、采用二次高压加水等,可有效防止干料在砂浆下料口、搅拌臂上的积聚,从而防止干料团的出现;而延长砂浆搅拌时间、防止干料受潮、减少干料存放时间等,也可防止干料团的出现。
Aiming at the phenomenon of dry mass in the cement and emulsified asphalt mortar (CA mortar), the possible reasons for its existence were analyzed, and corresponding control methods were proposed. Field application shows that reducing the feeding rate of dry materials, lengthening the rubber bushings for the feeding of the dry material, and using secondary high-pressure water can effectively prevent the accumulation of dry materials on the mortar discharge port and the mixing arm, thereby preventing the dry material from being accumulated. Appear; to extend mortar mixing time, to prevent dry material damp, reduce dry material storage time, etc., can also prevent the appearance of dry mass.
