研究了非等温过程含钛炉渣中钙钛矿相 (CaO·TiO2 )的析出和长大动力学规律 .实验结果表明 :冷却速度对CaO·TiO2 相的析出和颗粒长大有明显影响 .相对体积分数和晶粒尺寸均可近似用JMAK经验方程的形式描述 ,并表明晶粒粗化对钙钛矿相长大有影响 .
The law of precipitation and growth kinetics of perovskite phase (CaO · TiO2) in non-isothermal titanium-containing slag was studied. The experimental results show that the cooling rate has a significant effect on the precipitation and particle growth of CaO · TiO2 phase. The relative volume Both the fraction and grain size can be approximated by the JMAK empirical equation and show that grain coarsening has a significant effect on the perovskite phase growth.
