一、前言在迅速提高中华人民共和国国民经济的同时,每个企业都必须为改进产品质量而闘争。为提高选矿厂的精矿品位而闘争是一件最重要的国民经济管理工作。有色金属选矿厂的生产是否顺利,其经营管理活动的经济指标是否高,主要取决于技术监督工作。(组织起来的技术监督科,在提高精矿质量和向废品作闘争中,应该起巨大作用。)技术监督工作组织得好,可以促使出厂的精矿质量提高,生产损失降低和废品减少。精矿质量不好会降低冶煉厂的技术经济指标。除了技术监督科和许多目的在於保证精矿质量的措施以外,工人、技术员和工程师对待劳动的高度自觉性也是改进精矿质量的重要条件。
I. Preface While rapidly raising the national economy of the People’s Republic of China, every enterprise must contend for improving product quality. Fighting for the improvement of concentrate quality at the concentrator is one of the most important national economic management tasks. Whether the production of non-ferrous metal concentrator is smooth and whether the economic indicators of its management activities are high depends mainly on the technical supervision. (The organized Section of Technical Supervision should play a huge role in improving the quality of concentrates and in the fight against scrap.) Technical supervision is well organized to promote the quality of ex-works concentrates, production losses and waste reductions. Poor quality of concentrate will reduce the smelter’s technical and economic indicators. In addition to the Technical Supervision Section and many other measures aimed at ensuring the quality of the concentrate, the high degree of consciousness of workers, technicians and engineers in the treatment of labor is also an important condition for improving the quality of the concentrate.
