对100例初产妇合并贫血,随机分成A组(50例),每日服玛特纳1片,直至分娩。B组(50例),每日服硫酸亚铁0.3g+维生素C0.2g,每日三次,直到分娩。于最初接纳孕妇和不同孕周及服药前后的血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白的数值变化进行观测。结果:A、B两组在用药后平均血红蛋白均明显升高(P<0.001),血清铁蛋白A组服药后比服药前明显升高(P<0.001)。而B组服药后虽有上升,但用药前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。用药后A组血清铁蛋白明显高于用药后的B组血清铁蛋白。结论:玛特纳组方与红细胞的物质构成有一定相关性,且成分配方合理。玛特纳对血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白的提高优于硫酸亚铁,且副作用小。
100 cases of primipara combined with anemia, were randomly divided into group A (50 cases), daily serving Martina 1, until childbirth. B group (50 cases), daily serving of ferrous sulfate 0.3g + vitamin C0.2g, three times a day until delivery. The changes of hemoglobin and serum ferritin before and after the initial admission of pregnant women, gestational age and medication were observed. Results: The average hemoglobin in group A and group B were significantly increased after treatment (P <0.001). Serum ferritin A group was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.001). While in group B, although there was an increase after taking the medicine, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) before and after treatment. Serum ferritin in group A was significantly higher than that in group B after treatment. Conclusion: The composition of the Mattana group and the erythrocytes have a certain correlation, and the formulation of ingredients is reasonable. The increase of hemoglobin and serum ferritin was better than that of ferrous sulfate, and the side effect was small.
