目的识别、分析某公司芳烃抽提装置产生的职业病危害因素,探讨防护对策和措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法,对芳烃抽提装置扩建工程项目的职业病危害因素进行分析,评价其职业病危害防护设施的控制效果。结果该扩建工程项目在生产过程中的职业病危害因素主要有抽余油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声。现场检测结果显示芳烃现场岗位工人接触噪声的40 h等效声级为73.2 dB(A),低于80 dB(A),不属于噪声岗位。但该岗位巡视点中排放点、P-107B、P-108B等处定点噪声值均高于85dB(A),属噪声点,工人巡检上述地点时应佩戴好防噪耳塞。其他各岗位的职业危害因素浓度(或强度)均低于国家卫生标准。结论该项目属职业病危害程度严重的建设项目。该项目职业卫生方面符合国家相关法律、规范和标准要求,该建设项目可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by aromatics extraction equipment of a company and to explore the countermeasures and measures for protection. Methods The occupational hazards of the aromatics extraction plant expansion project were analyzed through occupational health field investigation, occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination, and the control effects of occupational hazards prevention facilities were evaluated. Results The main occupational hazards of the expansion project in the production process were raffinate oil, benzene, toluene, xylene and noise. The field test results showed that the 40-h equivalent sound level of workers exposed to aromatics was 73.2 dB (A) below 80 dB (A), which was not a noise position. However, the emission point at the inspection point of the post and the fixed point noise at P-107B and P-108B are all higher than 85dB (A), which is a noise point. Workers should wear noise-proof earplugs when inspecting the above locations. Occupational hazards in other positions concentration (or intensity) are lower than the national health standards. Conclusion This project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. The project occupational health in line with relevant state laws, norms and standards, the construction project is feasible.
