为了总结营口中板厂加热炉节油经验和寻求进一步节油的途径,1979年6月初我们对该厂加热炉进行了调查研究,并以生产原始记录为依据进行了统计分析。现将情况介绍如下: 一、基本情况该厂生产用轧机为2300三辊劳特式中板轧机,辊径为:上辊φ735,中辊φ500,下辊φ735,有双排料二段连续加热炉一座,炉底有效面积为23.084×3.796=87.627米~2。炉型结构主要技术性能见图3—1和表1。燃烧用空气,除二次风外,均经换热器予热后进入烧咀。
