我订《气功》杂志已有两年了,受益非浅。在长期的练功实践中,结合气功记忆,使我学习成绩进步很大。该法操作简单,但效果宏大。现介绍如下。端坐于高矮合适,没有靠背的凳子上,双脚分开,膝关节弯曲约成90度,脚掌着地,左右手相叠,右手心贴住左手背,两拇指轻轻相触,然后将手贴于腹部丹田,手心对着丹田,做到轻松、自然。身形调整以后,行腹式呼吸,尽量达到深、长、细、匀。
