咽旁间隙肿瘤约占头颈部肿瘤的 0 .5 %。由于这一潜在的解剖间隙深在 ,结构复杂 ,肿瘤的病理类型纷繁复杂 ,常给诊断和治疗带来许多困难。本文回顾了我院近 1 8年诊断和治疗 62例咽旁间隙肿瘤的经验 ,并对其病理类型、临床表现、诊断和手术治疗进行系统的论述。1　临床资料1 98 Parapharyngeal space tumors account for about 0.5% of head and neck tumors. Because of the potential depth of the anatomic gap, the complex structure, the pathological types of tumors are complex and often give rise to many difficulties in diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 62 cases of parapharyngeal space tumor in our hospital in the past 18 years and systematically discusses its pathological type, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and surgical treatment. 1 clinical data 1 98
