目的 探讨优质护理在重症胰腺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年5月至2019年5月收治的80例重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，将其通过简单随机法分为对照组和研究组，分别实施常规护理以及优质护理，对比两组患者护理后体温恢复时间、腹痛消失时间、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果 研究组患者护理后腹痛消失时间以及体温恢复时间与对照组相比均较短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者护理后并发症发生率低于对照组（12.50% vs.26.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者护理后生理职能“,”Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of severe pancreatitis patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe pancreatitis were selected as the research object. All patients were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019. They were divided into control group and research group by simple random method. Routine nursing and highquality nursing were applied in the treatment. The time of recovery of body temperature and disappearance of abdominal pain after nursing were compared in groups. Meanwhile， the incidence of complications and quality of life. Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and body temperature recovery time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group， and the difference was significant(P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications after nursing in the study group was lower than that in the control group (12.50% vs. 26.00%)， and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The scores of physiological function， physiological function， social function， emotional function，physical pain， vitality， mental health and overall health of patients in the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group， and the difference was significant (P＜0.05). The blood glucose level of the study group after the intervention was significantly lower than that before the intervention and the control group. The blood glucose recovery time and insulin consumption were significantly better than those of the control group. The effective rate of blood sugar control was significantly higher than that of the control group. The differences between the groups were significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing in the treatment of severe pancreatitis can effectively improve the abnormal symptoms and signs， alleviate the discomfort of patients， effectively control blood sugar， improve the quality of life of patients.
