全国少工委与中国少先队工作学会联合发起的首届“魅力少先队”评选活动是贯彻“全队抓基层、全队抓落实”工作思路的一项重要举措。笔者认为,这并非一项普通的评选活动,而是注重增强少先队组织对广大少年儿童的凝聚力与服务力,充分展示少先队组织在团结教育少年儿童、提高其综合素质中的作用,大力弘扬少先队的主体文化、集体魅力。因此可以这样认为,“魅力少先队”评选活动反映了广大少先队员对少先队组织建设的价值追求,体现了少先队员对自身发展的客观要求。我们有理由相信,“魅力少先队”必将成为中国少先队在新的历史方位上谋求新突破、取得新发展的重要标志。
The first “Glamor Young Pioneers” contest jointly sponsored by the National Youth Work Committee and the Chinese Young Pioneers Working Institute is an important measure to implement the working guideline of “all grassroots units and all teams are implemented”. The author believes that this is not an ordinary selection activity, but instead focuses on enhancing the cohesion and service capabilities of the Young Pioneers Organization for the majority of children and adolescents, fully demonstrating the role of the Young Pioneers in uniting and educating children and enhancing their overall quality, and vigorously promotes Young Pioneers' Main culture, collective charm. Therefore, it can be considered that the selection of “Charming Young Pioneers” reflects the pursuit of value for the Young Pioneers in the construction of the Young Pioneers by the Young Pioneers, and reflects the objective requirements of Young Pioneers for their own development. We have every reason to believe that “Charming Young Pioneers” will surely become an important symbol of seeking new breakthroughs and achieving new development of the Chinese Young Pioneers in the new historical position.
