目的:探究柴胡疏肝散与大枣多糖联用对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的协同保护作用。方法:采用四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测血清ALT、AST、ALP和SOD水平,观察肝组织病理学形态。结果:大枣多糖与柴胡疏肝散联用能够显著降低四氯化碳诱导的急性肝损伤模型小鼠肝脏指数,血清ALT、AST、ALP水平,显著升高血清SOD水平,同时能够改善肝脏组织形态,具有明显保肝活性。结论:大枣多糖与柴胡疏肝散联用对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤具有协同治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the synergetic protective effect of Chaihu Shugan San combined with Jujube polysaccharide against carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods: Acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) was used to detect the levels of ALT, AST, ALP and SOD in mice and the histopathological changes of liver were observed. Results: Jujube polysaccharide combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder can significantly reduce the CCl4-induced acute liver injury model mice liver index, serum ALT, AST, ALP levels, significantly increased serum SOD levels, while improving the liver Tissue morphology, with significant liver activity. Conclusion: Jujube polysaccharide and Chaihu Shugan San associated with carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice has a synergistic therapeutic effect.
