10月9日至10日,农业部在新疆乌鲁木齐市召开全国植物检疫工作会议。会议提出,力争到“十二五”末,确保新发疫情不蔓延危害,已有疫情不暴发成灾,总体危害损失控制在3%以内,一般疫情应施检疫率和防控处置率达到80%以上,力争重点疫区的植物调出施检率、良种繁育基地产地检疫率和重大疫情处置率达到100%。
