迄今,全国有1054所普通高校办有600余种自然科学学报,每年发表论文近50000篇,与1950—1985年全国自然科学学报发表的总论文数相当。对高校学报的作用,同仁们的认识是接近的。认为学报主要是及时地反映学校科研、教学的成果、水平的一个“窗口”;是推荐学校科研成果,促进其转化为社会生产力的媒介;是一批教师,尤其是名不见经传的人物有机会、及时发表学术见地的场所。
To date, there are over 6004 kinds of natural science journals run by 1,054 general colleges and universities nationwide, with nearly 50,000 papers published each year, equivalent to the total number of papers published in the National Natural Science Journal from 1950 to 1985.
