本工作研究了锂-萘-四氢呋喃引发体系合成的α,ω-端羟基聚丁二烯的特性,以及聚合反应条件对聚合物微观结构、分子量分布、端羟基平均官能度等的影响。实验结果表明,合成的引发剂平均官能度 f 接近2,聚合度 n 为1—7。用此引发剂合成的聚丁二烯,分子量M_n 认为2—5×10~3,1,2结构含量约为50%;分子量分布较窄。当引发剂浓度为47—119毫摩尔/100克单体时,聚丁二烯中1,2结构含量基本不变,但当引发剂浓度大幅度下降时,则1,2结构含量也随之下降。
In this work, the properties of α, ω-terminal hydroxyl polybutadiene synthesized by lithium-naphthalene-tetrahydrofuran initiation system and the influence of polymerization conditions on the microstructure, molecular weight distribution, average functionality of terminal hydroxyl groups, etc. were studied. The experimental results show that the average functionality of the synthesized initiator f is close to 2 and the degree of polymerization n is 1-7. Polybutadiene synthesized with this initiator, the molecular weight of M_n 2-5 × 10 ~ 3,1,2 structural content of about 50%; narrow molecular weight distribution. When the concentration of initiator is 47-119 mmol / 100 g monomer, the content of 1,2 in polybutadiene is basically the same, but when the concentration of initiator decreases drastically, the content of 1,2 structure will follow decline.
