紫杉醇(Taxol)是从红豆杉科植物中分离出的一种抗癌新药.其提取分离工艺,国内外报道甚多,但大多都比较繁杂,不利于大规模工业化生产.作者根据近几年的生产实际经验,对工艺技巧作以下简要报道.1 工艺过程取树皮或枝叶经浸泡,得粗品;粗品经第一次硅胶柱层析,得到含量为50%左右的半成品;半成品经第二次柱层析,含量达90%以上;再经第三次柱层析,获精品,精品含量达98%以上.
Taxol is a new anti-cancer drug isolated from the plant of Taxaceae family. Its extraction and separation process has been reported by many countries at home and abroad, but most of them are complicated and unfavorable to large-scale industrial production.
