春到人间万物新。五月的上海以和风、乐曲和鲜花迎来了亚洲开发银行第35届理事会年会的召开。会上,江总书记的重要讲话掷地铿锵,不绝于耳:“中国将在更大范围和更深程度上参与国际经济合作与竞争,进一步向亚洲和世界开放。”曾几何时,面对四面八方“狼来了”的全球化经济竞争环境,通过合作尽快将我国企业做大做强的呼声此起彼伏。但是,这种合作想继续延用内部简单的“1+1”或“1+1+……”的方法而成为世界级的巨无霸,无疑是行不通的。唯有在开放基础上的合作,才有真正竞争力的提高,才能成为世界经济的强者。著名经济学家魏杰为本刊撰写的特稿“产权结构多元化的实现方式”
