今年是内蒙古自治区成立60周年。60年来,在党的民族政策的光辉照耀下,在党中央、国务院的亲切关怀和全国人民的大力支持下,包头市和全区各盟市一样,经济建设和社会各项事业取得了巨大成就。特别是近年来,包头市委、市政府团结带领全市各族人民解放思想,开拓进取,奋发努力,谱写了老工业基地跨越式发展的恢弘篇章。现在,包头人民正以崭新的姿态,紧紧抓住国家实施西部大开发战略的历史性机遇,不断迎接新挑战,努力建设富裕民主文明和谐的新包头。
This year is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
