以铅锑等冶金废渣、复杂锌烟灰为原料,经再次挥发富集得到成分复杂的次氧化锌,Pb、Sb、In、F、Cl等含量明显偏高。采用树脂脱除F、Cl和三段浸出净化技术处理该次氧化锌,不仅提取铟,同时生产出了合格的电解锌,产品符合GB/T470-1997标准,并形成规模化生产。解决了小型锌冶炼企业用复杂原料生产电解锌遇到的一系列技术难题。
