在科学技术迅速发展的现代,虽然涌现出大量的新技术、新工艺,但金属切削加工在机械制造行业中依然占有极其重要的地位。在我们实际生产中,绝大多数的零件都要通过切削加工来达到图样上所规定的尺寸精度及形位公差,与其他诸多工种比较铣工是最基本、也是应用非常广泛的专业。而平面的铣削是铣工最基本、最重要的工作内容之一,平面质量的好坏直接影响到下一工序的进行,因而平面的铣削是掌握铣削其他各种复杂表面的基础技能。本文通过在立式铣床上铣削平面产生的质量问题进行探讨分析,提出进一步提高平面质量的方法。
In the modern era of rapid development of science and technology, although a large number of new technologies and new technologies have emerged, metal cutting still plays an extremely important role in the machinery manufacturing industry. In our actual production, most of the parts have to be machined by cutting to achieve the dimensional accuracy and shape tolerances specified in the drawings. Compared with many other types of work, milling is the most basic and widely used specialty. Plane milling is one of the most basic and important tasks of milling. The quality of plane affects the next process directly. Therefore, the plane milling is the basic skill of mastering various other complicated surfaces. In this paper, we analyze and analyze the quality problems caused by milling plane in vertical milling machine, and put forward the method to further improve the plane quality.
